Strict No-Refund Policy

In alignment with our Cancellation Policy, The Infinity Hotel enforces a strict no-refund policy under all circumstances.

• No-Shows: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled stay, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
• Early Departures: If you choose to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you will not be refunded for the unused nights.
• Booking Errors: Refunds will not be granted for bookings made by mistake on the guest's part.
• All payments made toward room reservations, banquets, or event bookings are final and non-refundable.
